Warranty Coverage
2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every project includes a comprehensive 2-year workmanship warranty covering all labour and installation. If any issue arises due to our workmanship within this period, we address it personally at no additional cost. Your dedicated project manager remains your single point of contact for any warranty matters — the same person who managed your project from day one.
1-Year Materials and Installation Warranty
All materials used in your renovation are covered for one year from the project completion date. This covers all materials used across our services — from bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, and basement renovations to home additions. It includes windows, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, and other installed components, ensuring they perform as expected.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Many of the products we use in your renovation come with their own manufacturer's warranty. We provide all necessary documentation so you can access coverage if needed.
Our basement renovations include an extended 10-year warranty against water penetration — critical protection for below-grade work in Toronto's climate.
Products we install often include manufacturer coverage such as:
- Windows (typically 5–25 years depending on the manufacturer)
- Appliances (1–10 years depending on the product)
- Roofing materials (20–50 years depending on the product)
- HVAC systems (typically 5–10 years on parts)
Upon project completion, we provide documentation for manufacturer warranties and register coverage on your behalf where applicable.

All work meets or exceeds current Ontario Building Code standards. We coordinate every required City of Toronto inspection during construction, and your final walkthrough confirms compliance before we close out the project.

Every fixture, finish, and material carries its full manufacturer warranty — which we register on your behalf. We source from reputable suppliers and document every product specification in your project file for easy reference.

In addition to our 2-year workmanship warranty, your warranty on materials and installations ensures that all materials used in your renovation perform as expected. This includes windows, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, and more.
We understand that minor issues can arise — and when they do, our team is here to help. Common concerns such as small cracks in drywall or paint (a natural result of seasonal settling in older Toronto homes) will be addressed at a time convenient for you. If more serious issues arise — such as plumbing leaks or electrical problems — we treat them as a priority, responding immediately to assess and resolve the situation.
Ontario Building Code Compliant
All work meets or exceeds OBC standards. Every inspection coordinated and passed before project close-out.
Consumer Protection Act Coverage
As per Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, your contract is registered for quality, workmanship, and materials. Full warranty documentation is yours to keep.
If anything needs attention after your project is complete, the process is simple — and your dedicated project manager remains your single point of contact, just as they were during construction.

- Evaluation
A warranty specialist will assess your claim within 2 business days.
- Resolution
We will schedule necessary repairs at a time convenient to you, with emergency issues addressed within 24–48 hours.
- Follow-up
After any warranty work, we'll follow up to ensure your complete satisfaction.
